Art Deco town house built for Basiel Claeys to a 1937 design by Edmond Claeys (De Pinte); the plinth bears the inscription "architect/Edm. Claeys/ De Pinte 1938". The two-bay, three-storey cornice façade under a flat roof is built in yellow brick, with a decorative effect of contrasting black and blue bricks. The middle storey is marked by a pronounced bay window, accented by a projecting vertical concrete beam and finished on the left by a small black-brick balcony. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
