Detached town house in Huizingen, built in 1936 for Emile Collée-Reuivaert in a sober Art Deco style. Built in red brick, it has two bays and two storeys under a half-mansard roof, with a lower flat-roofed extension to the right. In the cornice façade, the bay window and the brick headers of the wide rectangular openings are picked out in yellow brick; the upper-floor bay window breaks through the cornice and continues as a dormer. The unpainted wooden joinery survives, including the partly glazed door with decorative wrought iron and the wide windows with fine glazing bars in the transoms. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
