Detached two-family house with front garden in a functional Art Deco style, built under a 1936 permit application for A. Wattelé and signed on the façade by the architect 'L. De Belder, Schoten'. The fully symmetrical building, in dark brown brick, has two storeys and two bays under a steep roof of black tiles with dormers; the front projects over two bays, topped by a narrow balcony and French windows. The entrances, under straight canopies with fanlights, are in the side elevations, and the two dwellings follow a paired mirror-image plan. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
