Art Deco villa on the corner of the Kapelsesteenweg and the Antoinettalei, designed by the building office of G. Wijn of Antwerp; the 1935 permit file was drawn up for J. Daniëls. One publication attributes it to the Dutch contractor Willem Sebastiaan Van der Sterre, which the permit file contradicts. This detached two-storey house stands out for its tall red-tiled mansard roof, from which a slender chimney rises at the corner, as well as its oriels, ribbon windows with small panes and eaves stepped to the height of each wall section; the brick walls were later painted grey.
