House of 1931 with simplified Art Deco elements, built in Sint-Andries to designs by the Bruges architect A. Hoeman. Its pink-brick cornice façade rises above a brown-brick plinth; the left-hand bay forms a projecting section with a rising bay window in natural stone or imitation stone, whose spandrel carries bas-reliefs with floral motifs. The openings have rounded corners and an oval oculus bears a brick motif; the joinery is partly preserved. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
