This semi-detached group of two single-family houses dates from 1932 and was designed by the architect Jos. Vander Schaeghe, according to the inscription on the bluestone plinth and the building permit. No. 103 is an eclectic red-brick house whose sober interior preserves an Art Deco style, with a geometric black and beige tiled floor in the entrance. No. 105 has a façade with more pronounced Art Deco elements: red brick contrasting with stylised floral motifs in plaster, a balcony with an iron railing in geometric motifs and original joinery. At the back of the plot stands a garage whose crowning features a woman's head. Both houses have been protected as monuments since 2013.
