Maison Art déco, Bissegemstraat 184 — Gullegem

Art Deco house in Gullegem, built to a plan of 1937 and characterised by its yellow-brick facing and play of volumes: on the upper floor, a bay window with a rounded right-hand corner extended by a balcony. The vertical pilaster, originally clad in glazed tiles, is now clad in wood. The ground floor, originally clad in what were probably black glazed tiles, has been given a new bluestone facing. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
