Mirror-image Art Deco ensemble of two linked three-façade houses under tiled roofs, dating from 1939 and designed by the architect B. De Beurme. In 1941 a building permit was granted for the garden enclosure, by the same architect, whose signature appears on the right-hand gate pier. This expressive brick architecture incorporates concrete and plays on staggered volumes and emphasised canted corners, where the entrance porches are accented by pilasters. The garages are in the basement. The houses are recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
