Former Royal Athenaeum, now the Dr. Ovide Decroly school, built in 1935-1936 to designs by the city architect Albert Massez (plinth stone dated 1936). A two-storey brick building on a bluestone plinth, with facades rhythmed by pilasters. Only the iron entrance door, in a stone surround with sculpted women's heads, has an Art Deco touch.
