Terraced house signed "Ant. De Gavre, architecte, Renaix", built to a plan of 1941. It is built of flat yellow brick in decorative bonding, with half-round pilasters on a bluestone plinth, horizontal bands of windows, a recessed doorway and a loggia, under a flat roof. The Flemish inventory dates it to the Second World War period.
