Large Art Deco villa on a sloping site, an early work by architect Louis-Herman De Koninck, designed in 1922 for Dr Jean Konings; it still shows the influence of the Vienna Secession. The symmetrical street gable has a central door bay flanked by triangular bay windows rising to the first floor. The house had innovative central hot-air heating; part of the original detailing has been lost and volumes have been added on either side. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
