Small villa in the Art Deco style of 1935 in Sint-Maria-Latem, designed by the engineer E. De Nollin according to the inscription on the outside steps leading to the door. Built of brick over a full basement, it has one storey under a mansard roof of green glazed tiles, with dormers and one small parabolic dormer, and is of the double-fronted type. The front has a yellow-brick facing on a plinth of brown glazed tiles. The recessed central rectangular door has ironwork bearing the letter B and is flanked by half-columns in yellow faience; small shuttered windows with small wooden panes sit above the cellar windows in the plinth. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
