Double-fronted villa of three by two bays and two storeys under a complex, overhanging hipped roof of black machine-made tiles, registered in the cadastre in 1939; the inventory lists it under the heading of a villa in the Art Deco style. It plays on an arrangement of red and brown brick volumes laid in Flemish bond. The raised, block-shaped entrance bay has a round-arched porch in a stepped surround of brown brick, a timber panelled door framed by stained glass, a long zigzag window with coloured stained glass on the upper floor lighting the stair hall, and a coping-capped top. The left side elevation has a giant five-sided bay window; the rectangular windows sit on black faience sills and have largely renewed joinery, and a veranda was added later. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
