Villa set back from the street in Nederbrakel, behind an iron gate, dated 1935 by the land registry and formerly, according to a postcard, the café "Sportplein". This Art Deco house of one and a half storeys under a hipped roof of artificial slate has a symmetrical façade and rectangular angled bay windows in brick and natural stone on a cemented plinth, beneath wooden eaves on modillions. The recessed central door with a transom is topped by a five-sided concrete canopy; the roof has one wide dormer, and the elevation has two rectangular windows and a balcony door with a wrought-iron balustrade. The ground-floor windows, with chamfered corners, have glazing bars with the characteristic Art Deco motif of a quarter sun with rays and textured glass, and the original joinery survives. The villa is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
