Art Deco house in yellow brick designed in 1938 by R. De Roose, as the façade stone states ("R. De Roose Bouwmeester 1938"). This two-storey, three-bay terraced house under a broken pitched roof with two dormers has a facing of decorative brickwork on a natural stone plinth. The raised stair bay has leaded glass and a recessed, finely wrought door under a concrete canopy; on the bel-étage, slightly projecting windows retain their frames with leaded glass, and a garage occupies the wider left-hand bay. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
