An Art Deco house from the 1930s signed by the architect Urbain Roloux. It has two levels in brick and limestone, a central wrought-iron door with rounded jambs surmounted by a recessed loggia with a triangular balcony, and pilasters crowned with stylised painted-concrete vases. A frieze of geometric motifs underlines the cornice.
