Les Cubes is a detached reinforced-concrete house, built around 1930 in the Excentric district of Rosendaël, now part of Dunkirk. It belongs to a development of 35 houses built between 1929 and 1939 by François Reynaert, a contractor and decorative artist trained outside the architectural profession. Its name comes from the volume of its rooms and the decor of its façade. The street façade and roof have been listed as a historic monument by decree of 20 December 1988.
