This Art Deco terraced house of 1928 was designed by the architect Aimé De Wulf. It has two bays and three storeys under a gable roof. The yellow brick façade is set off by white rendered door and window surrounds with characteristic stepped forms and bevelled window corners. The wooden joinery with fine stained glass is preserved, as are a curved oriel on the upper floor and a door with side lights, filled in typical Art Deco style with iron and stained glass. The house stands within a protected urban landscape.
