An Art Deco building erected in 1932-1933 for the Liège branch of the Union Coopérative, housing a shop, storeroom, butcher's and meeting hall. Its rendered and painted façade, two storeys high and four bays wide, is organised around a broad central pilaster bearing the inscription "Union Coopérative" in distinctive lettering and crowned by a female face. The flat roof is underlined by a red ceramic frieze between two finials decorated with chequered ceramic tiles and grotesque masks. The original joinery and ironwork survive.

Translated from the French original.
