Behind the street-front building, this Art Deco-spirited house opens its façade onto a wooded garden. Designed for Doctor Delaunois, owner of a hydrotherapy institute in Bon-Secours, it is the result of successive developments carried out between 1925 and 1940. Despite its modest appearance from the street, on the garden side it retains the authenticity of its volumes and façades, its metal window frames and its external staircase, as well as its spatial layout and part of its interior decoration.
