Immeubles quai du Condroz

A homogeneous group of Art Deco apartment buildings and townhouses built in the 1930s at numbers 1 to 14 on Quai du Condroz. Gabriel Debouny designed no. 1, on the corner of Square Gramme (1935), no. 2 and most of the other facades (nos. 5 to 8 and 11, from 1930 to 1935); Louis Rahier designed nos. 3 and 4. Decoratively laid brick, concrete oriels, geometric motifs and wrought ironwork characterise the ensemble.
