An Art Deco apartment building constructed around 1923 and signed P. Petit, regarded as one of the first high-rise buildings in Wallonia. It has six levels, a canted corner surmounted by an attic storey with fluted pilasters, and trapezoidal concrete oriels. The decoration combines panels and ironwork with stylised floral and geometric motifs.
