The architect Adolphe Danis built this office building for the Société Eau et Force between 1927 and 1934. It is illustrated in the architectural collection Danis published with EDARI. The building is a single volume with a slightly recessed central section, pierced by wide tripartite mullioned windows. Its two projecting sections are crowned by a stepped attic, and a wrought-iron railing linked by brick piers encloses the plot. The whole is in the Art Deco style.
