The present Saint-Quentin station, the third on the site, was built in 1926 for the Compagnie du Nord. It replaces the 1887 building, destroyed by fire in January 1922. It is attributed to Urbain Cassan to plans by Gustave Umbdenstock, in an Art Deco style. The interior is adorned with a decor by the master glassmaker Auguste Labouret. The façades, roof and station buffet have been listed as a historic monument since 23 September 2003.
