Art Deco group of four terraced houses, built in 1936 according to the land registry archives. The houses, paired two by two, each have two bays and two storeys under a continuous gabled roof and are built of multicoloured brick on a plinth of bluestone slabs. The street front is strongly rhythmic, with its division into recessed panels, paired doors and windows on the ground floor and bay-window-like openings on the upper floor. The original joinery with glazing bars partly survives; the ground floor of no. 12 has been altered. The group is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
