Café "De Zwaan", also called "Châlet Vert", built in 1936 by Charles Rimanque for Gilbert Lambrechts, with living quarters. On the corner, two steep white-rendered gables are linked by a two-storey semicircular masonry bow window. The inventory describes it as an Art Deco-inspired café with a modernist residential part. The building has been listed since 2009.
