Bank building with private residence, built in 1927 to plans by the Aarschot-based architect Victor Van Roey. Among neo-Flemish Renaissance reconstruction houses, it adopts an eclectic style with a classicising façade richly decorated with Art Deco elements, and a very carefully executed Art Deco interior. The bank was declared bankrupt on 13 December 1929; the building later served as town hall (1940-1974) and school (1981-2008) before being restored in 2011. It has been a protected monument since 2014.
