Strung out along the road, these villas built around 1935 belong to the Art Deco current tinged with modernism that was characteristic of the period in Belgium. Two of them, part of a group built by the architect Jacques Bruyère, stand out for their preserved integrity: crowned by ample hipped roofs overhanging wide cornices, they combine white render with yellow brick and are enlivened by interlocking volumes, with the entrance bay set back. No. 70, outside the housing estate, is plainer while belonging to the same movement.
