Built in 1938 by Nestor Grosjean, an architect based in Mont-Saint-Guibert, this large villa set above the street in a terraced garden blends Art Deco influences with modernist architecture. It stands out for the asymmetrical arrangement of its volumes, with a central "turret" with a rounded side and low annexes on either side, beneath widely projecting cornices. Rendered and painted walls, sections of red brick and white ceramic tiles play on colour and texture, enhanced by small stained-glass panels and green horizontal bands. The chimney and entrance gates are among its fine details.
