Maison Art déco, Grand-Rue 37 — Mont-Saint-Guibert

Double-fronted house of Art Deco inspiration, set between a front court and a rear garden and built around 1919 according to the owner. Its rendered façade, scored to imitate ashlar and articulated with pilasters and panels, has three bays over two storeys; the central bay is emphasised by the arched entrance canopy and an arched gable-pediment. The segmental-arched openings have all kept their window frames and roller shutters, and the interior retains a panelled hall.
