Art Deco villa built in 1928 in Lovendegem for the doctor E. Cocquet to designs by the architect Leon De Keyser. This double-fronted, two-storey house under a hipped roof is preceded by a small front garden enclosed by railings between an Art Deco low wall and piers. The large round-arched door under a canopy is flanked on the left by a cement-rendered oriel ending in a gable; on the right, a projecting oriel bay retains on the ground floor a stained-glass window depicting Hippocrates and the serpent.
