Imposing town house built around 1930 in concrete, yellow brick and limestone, beneath a mansard roof. Its façade decoration belongs to the Art Deco movement, notably in the cartouches adorned with garlands or rosettes and in the flower-basket motifs, all carved in flat relief. The entrance bay, treated as a frontispiece, adopts the same style in the mouldings of the balcony on stepped brackets, in the shape of the pilasters and in the angular pedimented dormer lit by an octagonal window.
