Maison Art déco, Kortrijkstraat 324 — Menen

A town house with Art Deco influences and a geometric façade composition, built to a 1938 plan signed "Leopold Lernout bouwkundige Geluwe". Its cornice-topped yellow brick façade is enlivened by black glazed brick, and its cement-rendered balconies rest on pilasters of the same material; the openings of the left bay have been altered. It is listed in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
