Set within a heavily altered 18th-century building, this Art Deco annex was built in 1933 to plans by the architect Fernand Derval for Charles Delval, a tailor and merchant who set up his shop there. Its façade is notable for the geometric cement ornaments that enhance the entrance bay and the large first-floor window. The ground-floor opening is treated as an oriel.
