Magasin, Aalststraat 99 — Edelare

Shop-house of two bays and two storeys, probably from the early twentieth century, whose cemented façade was remodelled in 1925 in the Art Deco style. The cornice façade ends in an attic bearing the inscription "schoenen" (shoes) and floral motifs, and the upper floor is framed by piers decorated with coloured garlands. The timber shopfront, in the same style, repeats the ornaments of the upper floor and has a finely glazed door surround with floral motifs. It is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
