A group of houses built in a single construction campaign in 1939, of notable urban and volumetric coherence, representative of this district of Eugies developed on the edge of the Bois de Colfontaine. Tinged with modernism and Art Deco, the houses are set back from the street, surrounded by small gardens bounded on the street side by low walls of the same inspiration. No 250 is the most accomplished building; elsewhere, a detail of an entrance gate or stained glass enhances more restrained buildings.
