Corner house, now the café known as De Dam, built in 1929 in the Art Deco style. Its orange brick façades, enriched with rendered sections, have five, one and four bays respectively over two storeys, under a flat roof with a balustrade. The windows have bevelled corners, and the pilasters articulating the façades carry brick decoration and stepped crowning elements. The colours of the façades have been changed. The building is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
