Formerly known as "Villas Van der Linden" according to an old postcard, this remarkable ensemble consists of two matching Art Deco facades of two terraced houses of three bays and two storeys under a broken gable roof. It dates from around 1925 and was designed by the architect Félicien Bilsen; it now houses a police office. The facades, with decorative cement rendering, are strongly vertical, with oriels that continue as balconies, tall dormers and ribbed piers. The triangle is a dominant structural and decorative motif, from the stained-glass windows to the balcony railings. The ensemble has been a protected monument since 1995.
