A restrained Art Deco villa of around 1930, incorporating elements of cottage architecture such as mock half-timbering; according to the inventory record it was reportedly designed by Viérin. A double-fronted house in brick of varied tones, set off with imitation stone for the frieze, string courses, gable and oriel, with a carefully worked porch crowned by a loggia. The sash windows have green glass in their transoms, and the villa is separated from the street by an iron railing between brick piers.
