This meeting and performance hall was built between 1926 and 1928 as part of the reconstruction of Soissons after the First World War. Its reinforced-concrete frame is infilled with brick, and its façade is characteristic of Art Deco. The whole hall has been a registered historic monument (inscrit MH) since 24 July 2008.
