Inaugurated in 1931, the memorial to Dr Camille Ronflette, physician, scholar and philanthropist, was designed in the Art Deco style and executed by César Bataille. Raised in concrete on a limestone base within a small enclosure, it soberly adopts the cubic mouldings typical of the style and bears a bronze medallion portrait of the doctor. Its inscription records the gratitude of his friends and fellow citizens.
