Maisons Art déco, rue Tout Vent 51-53 — Gosselies (Charleroi)

These two houses built in 1935 draw on the Art Deco style in their design and formal treatment. They are characterised by the use of concrete and red or white brick, the predominance of round-arched openings and the interplay of projections and recesses in the entrance bays. Small railings of the same inspiration and a single tiled gable roof complete the pair, which is recorded in the Walloon heritage inventory.
