Maison Yolande — Middelkerke (Westende)

House "Yolande", with Art Deco touches, designed in 1929 by the Middelkerke architect Maurice Vereecke. Its two-bay brick façade has a raised ground floor and three storeys under a flat roof; the basement, ground floor and surrounds are cemented and painted white. It is enlivened by a three-sided oriel on a blocked corbel, topped by a balcony with a parapet partly of brick and partly of cast iron, and by an Art Deco-tinged cornice. The building is recorded in the architectural heritage inventory.
