Maison Sdez

This corner villa, built for the family of the laundry owner Sdez, was designed by the Lille architect Marcel Boudin in the early 1930s (1932 according to the Mérimée entry, 1933 according to the municipal sign). It is made of concrete clad in yellow bricks and belongs to the so-called ocean-liner aesthetic, with a two-storey rotunda and stepped cubic volumes. A gallery links the house to an outbuilding at the end of the garden. It was listed as a historic monument by decree of 26 February 2001.
