Villa set back from the street in a large garden, built in 1939 in a style between New Objectivity and Art Deco to a design by the architect René Van Steenbergen senior. This double house, three bays wide and one or two storeys high, is striking for the complex interplay of its overhanging roofs and for its irregular plan with projections and a semicircular oriel. Its facades combine facing bricks in various shades of brown with boarded sections, rectangular and paired round-arched windows and built-in brick planters; it retains its original iron window frames.
