Semi-detached shop and house of two bays and three storeys under a flat roof, in an Art Deco-tinged style, built in 1936 to a design by Marcel Rosiers on the site of the house "Den Hert", which dated back to the 16th century and was demolished in 1935. The brick cornice façade, later painted, alternates decorative brickwork, profiled concrete floor slabs and rendered surfaces; it is marked by a three-sided oriel on the second storey, a full-width balcony of the same shape on the third and a raised, rounded roofline. The house is recorded in the Flemish architectural heritage inventory.
