Maison Art déco, Wilfordkaai 28 — Temse

A town house with a cement-rendered Art Deco façade, built in 1923 to designs by the architect Albert De Smet; it formed a pair with the neighbouring house at no. 27, since demolished. Its façade of three bays and three storeys, beneath a mansard roof with a rising dormer, features a curved bay window decorated with fruit garlands on the bel étage, a balcony on the upper floor and a wooden cornice.
