Built by the architect Yvon Gobert on the corner of the rue Saint-Jean, this house dated 1949 is Art Deco in spirit. It plays on the contrast between the limestone of the base and string courses and the yellow brick, and is distinguished by its rounded corner and its balcony with a tubular railing. Under a hipped roof, it has on the right a stepped section pierced by two oculi; it retains its original front door, some of its window frames and, in a niche on the side facade, a statue of Christ in the same style.
