Maison Art déco et moderniste, place de Hallembaye 7 — Haccourt (Oupeye)

Square-plan house combining the Art Deco and Modernist styles, dated 1934 on its main façade. Built of brick, limestone and concrete beneath a hipped gable roof of tiles, it is distinguished by its semicircular entrance supported by Art Deco-inspired concrete columns; upstairs, a tripartite French window with a lintel decorated with geometric motifs is surmounted by an eagle and the date 1934. Decorative Art Deco-inspired brick bonds enliven the façades and chimneys, and most of the original joinery survives.
