A dairy in the ocean-liner style, designed by the Leuven architect Leo Dierickx on 29 August 1941, approved by the provincial deputation on 20 October 1942 and entered in the land register in 1943 in the name of the Maatschappij Zuivelfabriek Soetemans-Freys. The inventory classifies it as modernism rather than Art Deco. Sold in 1950, it passed in 1951 to the Grand Pont sugar factory; it is not listed.
